Musdd services

International collection service

We follow up foreign companies’ claims against Saudi parties within Saudi Arabia. For Saudi claims abroad, we review the file and coordinate with an approved external collection partner where available.

Request a claim assessment

What does the service cover?

  • Follow up a foreign company’s debt owed by a Saudi-based debtor
  • Assess Saudi companies’ overseas receivables and coordinate with an approved partner where available
  • Identify the claim country and responsible provider before starting

Markets considered for assessment include the UAE, Kuwait, China and other Gulf markets. Availability depends on partner approval and local requirements in each market.

The current service does not include Musdd conducting proceedings before courts outside Saudi Arabia.

Implementation scope and fees are defined in a separate proposal and contract. Submitting a request does not automatically start collection or legal proceedings.

Who is this service for?

A foreign company with receivables from a Saudi party, or a Saudi company with an overseas claim.

What should you prepare for assessment?

Prepare creditor and debtor countries, currency, documents and previous follow-up records to assess partner availability and local requirements.

How are foreign companies’ Saudi receivables followed up?

Musdd assesses the claim against the Saudi party and defines a local follow-up approach. Where legal financial action is needed, work is coordinated with the relevant office, subject to documents and authorization.

Can Saudi companies’ overseas receivables be collected?

The claim is assessed first, then collection may be coordinated with an approved external partner where available. Partner approval and local requirements determine availability; submitting a request does not establish coverage in every country.
