Implementation scope and fees are defined in a separate proposal and contract. Submitting a request does not automatically start collection or legal proceedings.

Creditors and businesses needing legal assessment and follow-up in Saudi Arabia, including foreign companies with claims against Saudi parties.
What should you prepare for assessment?
Prepare claim documents, evidence of legal capacity and existing enforcement or case files. The relevant office reviews authorization and documents before identifying an action.

Does Musdd offer general legal services or representation abroad?
This service relates to financial collection within Saudi Arabia. Musdd does not currently conduct court proceedings outside the Kingdom.
